Although the facilities and cleanliness were ok, the communication of services by the staff were lacking, especially in terms of what is available to the customer. I only found out that the garage parking is included in the stay because the ticket machine did not accept my credit card. The procedure for the garage was never communicated by the front desk staff, neither was the street parking terms & conditions when we arrived late due to traffic. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was fixed to a temperature and could only be changed by the front desk when I asked them. For a hotel of this price class I expect better customer communication and not letting do the guest do all asking. Certainly won't stay there again even if the area is nice and directly at the ocean shore.

L’hĂŽtel est trĂšs propre et idĂ©alement situĂ©, offrant une belle option pour se baigner dans la mer. Cependant, l’arrivĂ©e Ă  23 heures a Ă©tĂ© chaotique. La rĂ©ception ne trouvait pas ma rĂ©servation et la situation a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs mal gĂ©rĂ©e par l’assistant manager de la rĂ©ception Ă  cette heure tardive. De plus, malgrĂ© notre demande de ne pas dĂ©ranger, la femme de mĂ©nage est entrĂ©e dans la chambre le matin, pensant que celle-ci n’était pas occupĂ©e.

Ein schönes Hotel, wenn man den Trubel um und am Hotel mag. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Die Betten jedoch etwas sehr weich. Ich fand es schwach, als Hotelgast trotzdem 25€ pro Liege pro Tag zahlen zu mĂŒssen, wenn der hoteleigene Strand genutzt werden möchte. Das Meer, typisch fĂŒr Kroatien herrlich und glasklar. Auch die 25€ pro Tag fĂŒr das Parken in der Tiefgarage finde ich nicht angebracht. Öffentlich zu parken wird jedoch in der Gegend schwer bis unmöglich. Zu Fuß sind hervorragende Restaurants, ein schöner Park oder EinkaufsgeschĂ€fte zu erreichen.

Vi anlĂ€nde med egen bil, lite svĂ„rt att hitta rĂ€tt till en början. Fick plats i hotellgarage, helt ok, 25 đŸ‡ȘđŸ‡ș per natt sĂ„ acceptabelt. Rent och snyggt pĂ„ rummet. Synd att man frĂ„n informationen vid bokningen och om hotellet inte kunde utlĂ€sa att standarden som tillhörde hotellet inte ingick utan dĂ€r fick man access först nĂ€r man hyrt en halvdassig stranstol för 25 euro đŸ’¶ per dag. Personalen pĂ„ stranden och strandbaren hade behövt en utbildning i kundbemötande och service. I övrigt betyg 3 av 5.

Absolutely lovely hotel, location in Opatija and staff. Plenty of choice at breakfast and also at dinner in the hotel wit chef on hand to cook fish etc fresh. Hotel well located for eating out also with lovely local restaurants. Will definitely be back here.

Beautiful views!

This place is absolutely beautiful, great location, we had stunning views and balcony from our room. We were offered champagne on arrival and parking was easy in the parking bay, with someone to park our car. Our only problem we had was the aircon didn’t work they couldn’t have anybody fix it until the morning. So it was an extremely warm uncomfortable night.

Fint hotell, men trist att behöva betala extra för strandstolarna. Bra sÀngar och bra AC (vilket behövdes för det var varmt) sÄ man kunde sova gott. TrÄngt vid poolen eftersom bara en liten del utomhuspool. Inget stÀlle man bör Äka med smÄbarn utan mer par eller Àldre barn för poolen och poolomrÄdet var mer för relax. VÀldigt frÀsch och riklig frukostbuffé. VÀnlig och hjÀlpsam personal, man kÀnde sig vÀlkommen.

Bila sam vise puta i svaki put se sokuram kad mi kazu da se spa zona naplacuje extra 100kn.. apeliram da menagment hotela to promjeni jer to nisam nigdje vidila a puno putujem. Minus zbog toga. Sve drugo je super.

Allgemein ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Sehr gutes Essen. Jedoch sollte man erwĂ€hnen, dass Parkmöglichkeiten nur fĂŒr 16 Euro/Tag zur VerfĂŒgung stehen und der Privatstrand nur nutzbar ist, wenn man fĂŒr 30 Euro/Tag Liegen und Sonnenschirm mietet.

TrĂšs bel hĂŽtel, un peu hors du temps comme le reste de la station mais dont le service, l’accueil et les installations (piscine, salle de restauration...) sont parfaitement au goĂ»t du jour.
