"The location of the house was quite lovely: at the end of a quiet road, right next to the dunes and the gorgeous beach within very easy reach (as well as restaurants, bakery etc). The house itself could do with a bit of TLC. Nothing insurmountable, but we felt the price-quality ratio was a bit off. The agent was always quick te respond and helpful."
