2 days was enough

Reception struggled to find our reservation at check in. Room was basic, Very hard double bed. Kettle and a jug of water was supplied at check in, no further water given and room does not get made up. We were in the main building annexe and it obviously had not been used for some time, smelt and felt damp. I know we are in the mountains and should expect lower temperatures. We were told hot water would only be available 7-10 both mornings and evenings but we had to ring reception several times to get the water turned on, and it didn't stay in for long Positives.....good location, short walk into town and quiet at night. Hotel renovations during the day so very noisy.

Völlig überzogener Preis!

Wifi nur auf dem Zimmer, manchmal ausgefallen, sehr langsam. Beim TV fiel häufiger der Ton aus. Alte Duscharmaturen, schwierig einzustellen, Warmwasser nur zu bestimmten Zeiten. Frühstück karg. Aber vor allem: Hatte wegen der Kälte Heizung bei hotel.com bestellt - es gab aber keine, nur gegen Extragebühren von 600 Rupees/Nacht. Nie wieder!!

Excellent hotel, near to bus stand and city centre

stay was very good, staff are very kind and helping, hotel has a restaurant which provides excellent food, breakfast is free. Tour operator is in the hotel provides taxis and we had very nice 2 days tour of Ooty
