The only thing i had issues with were the beds, really springy and uncomfortable and the pillows felt like they were filled with beads instead of cotton or something soft/comfortable. "Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parked at the basement at the hotel and was given a QR code to discount the parking to 1,000 yen (go in once) or parked at Car Park 1 at the JR station (can go in/out multiple times) at 1,000 yen (with validated ticket from hotel reception). Dinner at the restaurant was very nice and prices reasonable (20% discount for hotel guests). Enjoyed our stay."
