A little country hotel with no frig & service

A little country hotel, no refrigerator, has room service menu but no local places to eat. Paid for two days but was delayed by rain storm arrived in morning asked if I could still two days but was denied. not *** as rated

Definitely not 3 stars

Very basic accommodation. Negatives: First room had a leak in the pipes to shower that sprayed water all over the floor in the night. Fitted sheet on bed wouldn't stay on/kept coming off. Was asked if I wanted to move to different room... but then was charged extra for it. Wi-Fi didn't work in second room. Asked if staff could check... was told nothing they could do. On the positive: They do have decent food available.

ブッキングの確率に注意を！

リゾート側の問題ではない事なのだがチェックインするのに一時間以上掛かった それはhotels.comからの連絡がリゾート側に伝わっておらず予約がされてない状態になっていた その為リゾート側では少し怒った様な態度でこちら側も気分が悪かった その内にカスタマーセンターへ電話はしてその旨伝えてとりあえずの事なきを得てチェックインできた 部屋は狭かったが値段が値段なので辛抱できたのだが 冷蔵庫が無い！！！ 初めての経験で 出来るならばこの値段の部屋は冷蔵庫が付いてないことを書き記して置いて欲しい その他にはスタッフはフレンドリーで問題なかったのだが 連泊の場合部屋の掃除は２日に１度も言うことだった 重ね重ね ２度目は無いと思うリゾートでした 近くに似たような値段でもう少し良いところがあった！
