"The room was fine, parking fine, staff very courteous. Through no fault of the hotel, neighbors above on last night of stay, banged on the floor until after 4 am. Sleep was futile! Don't know if they were wrestling or what, but it sounded like a pogo stick bouncing all-night-long!"

After I explained that I probably wouldn’t return until after midnight, he personally went to check for a room that was cleaned and ready. I appreciate him going above and beyond.
