Cabin #1is situated on one level and is located directly adjacent to the gazebo area, which is available for all our guests to use and enjoy.

The wrap-around covered porch includes a view of the wooded stream around back, where you can sit in a porch swing and relax to the sound of running water.

Inside, this is a two-bedroom, one-bath cabin. Each bedroom has a full bed and includes a private entrance from the wrap-around porch. There’s also a fully-furnished kitchen and satellite TV in the living room. In addition to central heat and air, Cabin #1also features a gas fireplace.

Outside, the wrap-around deck has furniture to enjoy the outdoors. There is a picnic table, fire pit and park-style charcoal grill.

Lovely cabin in the woods

Really enjoyed my stay at the cabin, it was just as advertised. Beautiful log home, nestled in the woods, easy to access, pretty close to hiking in Big South Fork. Kitchen was adequately supplied. Beds were double beds, very comfortable, sheets and towels supplied were fine. Would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the property. I just wish I would have had more time to stay. I very much liked the uniqueness of the inside of the cabin as well as the outside with the wrap around porch. Also liked the quietness of the area and the relaxing sound of the bubbling stream beside the cabin. I will definitely be staying here again.

I would have given 5 stars for our stay but the cabin water pressure is fairly low and made showering a little slow and the bath towels were very small.The cabin is very cute and very quiet. The location was good for our purpose. The wrap around porch was nice and rocking chairs were comfortable.Thank you very much

30th Anniversary get away

This was a very nice quiet and peaceful place. We loved the wrap around porch. The only issue we had was the refrigerator. It leaked water on the inside of the refrigerator.

Family Reunion

a group of 3 stayed the first night, arrived very late and didn't spend much time at the cabin. a group of girl cousins stayed the second night, again arrived late and left early. enjoyed having the extra beds for our family reunion.

Nice area to stay while at Big South Fork. Furnishings a bit dated but relatively clean. Bathroom did not have soap or shampoo and towels were very old. We were not able to connect to Wi-Fi with the code provided and therefore was not able to contact host without phone service Could not lock door from the inside

Was our best stop

Some reason it was tricky to find . I can't blame it on the renter by no means. Gps was at fault . But when we found the place it was a wonderful surprise beautiful and clean . Had everything that was advertised beautiful location . Wish we didn't have to move on because we were happy in the moment.
