"Came down to Verona for a wedding and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check in was listed as 3pm, however the wedding I had to attend was 330pm. I called that morning and they advised me they would do what they can to get me in early. Luckily they called me and I checked in around 12pm so I had time to get ready prior to wedding. The room was spotless and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. If I am ever back in the area I would 110% stay again! Thank you!"

"This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very convenient and we had a handicap room for my father who is in a deities and it was nice. Unfortunately the shower was a bit of a problem because water spilled out all over the floor. It was a walk-in shower. The shower needed a lip around it. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. My parents appreciated the shuttle service that was free to the casino nearby."

"We went to Cazenovia for a quick get away to see The Wild. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, taking advantage of the pool and full breakfast. We will definitely be returning. Rooms were spacious, clean and affordable. :-)"
