Good & bad good kuz its peaceful & quiet but bad kuz you have to pay $12 everyday you are there for parking & $250 deposit thats way to much

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location but the parking situation is expensive public or street meters. I chose meters but need to keep an eye on the time.

The hotel is great but be prepared to get confused with all the elevators you need to take just to get to your hotel room. Additionally, the housekeeping staff did not speak English and we had to find them in the halls just to get clean towels each day. I am not sure we ever actually had housekeeping come in our room. The other thing is that the coffee shops are so crowded in the mornings. Be prepared to spend $6 on a bottle of water and $3 for a simple candy bar. The hotel is close to the Sphere and has a great magic show as part of the hotel. Parking garage is crazy to get out of with a four way stop where no one wanted to stop. Luckily we didn’t get hit….but a couple times it was close. The room was big and the bathroom was huge…just glad we made our way through the maze each night without getting lost.

My daughter and I stayed here for a mother daughter weekend trip to see Erykah Badu. We both loved the staff and hotel. I absolutely love the story behind the hotel in memory of their sister. The doors are beautiful and I’m assuming some of their late sister’s favorite things. We stayed in the Super Mario room. A nice surprise as my husband’s name is Mario. We will definitely be back to stay in the Hello Kitty Room. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

Our room was clean, the valet service was fast, the hotel is a five minute walk from pantages, the walk of fame and amoeba music. Ten minutes drive to universal studios, and a great view on either side when you choose a higher floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
