The best part of the hotel was that air conditioning that worked marvelously in the heat wave of heat waves. That alone was enough to turn a blind eye to all the other aspects anyone would typically query. The room was clean. Staff at check in, amazing! Supermarket, bus and metro all nearby, restaurants but the restaurants are all of similar ilk despite how numerous they are. There is a design issue with the hotel which impacts their rating/reviews e.g. black carpet typically shows every spec of lint which can make a place look like it's not been cleaned well they should have stuck with tiles for a communal areas, brown carpet never ages well, the chosen fixtures are not meant for hotel use as they won't last repeated use without needing constant repairs and you get one flat pillow in a single room. One or two things didn't work, nothing air conditioned room couldn't fix mentally. Rooms are typical Parisian size, close to Gate du Nord and l'est. The outside needs TLC, and the neighborhood is questionable and this from a South Londoner (this area is NOT the same as South London). There are groups of males at night on the road but no harm was done, I assumed it's a religous/cultural thing.

We had an amazing stay at Aparthotel. Staff was great and very accommodating! Julia in the cafe in the morning was very pleasant. Nice touch on the free croissants and baguette in the morning. Our room was spotless and quiet and we loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and late evening. We will be back!

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. We did not try the breakfast, but they had croissants at the front desk for part of the day, which were complementary. The rooms were air-conditioned. Our room one of the three the five of stayed in was small, the other two rooms were adequate the one our son stayed in stayed in a room was nice for him. Our room needed maintenance and the carpets throughout the hotel are very worn out. The location was very good for getting transportation. There was plenty of places to buy food and restaurants to eat at overall it was a very lovely.

Now this is how to run a boutique hotel. Fab staff, great accommodation. Great amenities. It’s a repeat visit so highly recommended.

This is a really beautifully decorated, clean and well-situated hotel near the arc de triomphe. This is great for solo travels, work trips or couples. I escaped the UK heatwave to experience the French heatwave which was even worse, but luckily the ac was running perfectly in the room. The hotel uses Nuxe products which I thoroughly enjoyed. They have a complimentary hammam spa and jacuzzi room which you can book for 45 minutes per day. The jacuzzi was wonderful, however the steam room did not seem to work properly as it never got hot enough. I had complimentary breakfast included in my booking, however the staff member did not seem to be very fond of non-French speaking guests.
