Mizuho Guest House / Ochi County Shimane
Mizuho Highland famous as one of the largest ski resorts in Western Japan in winter has transformed its vast grounds into a playground and is creating a variety of activity experiences with the keywords unique and unusual
The campsite offers accommodation to suit your needs including free sites permanent tents tent domes and cottages
In addition activity experiences include a Finnish sauna a buggy ride down the slopes an emptyhanded BBQ experience where you can fully enjoy the bounty of Shimane and a pizzamaking experience in an authentic pizza oven / Limited to one group per day
The building which was built when Mizuho Highlands was designed has been extensively renovated and finished with a Finnishstyle interior
The furniture used is provided by Maruni Woodworks and the beds are made in the local town of Onan so we are particular about the furniture we use
There is a fireplace and sauna inside and you can take an openair bath after bathing outside
