This family house in the fishing village of Njivice on the island of Krk offers comfort and proximity to the sea. Located only 250 meters from the nearest beach and 700 meters from the center of Njivica, the house contains two spacious apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors. Apartment Jasna 1 on the 1st floor has two comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a spacious living room and dining room, a bathroom, and an additional toilet.
