They went above and beyond to help you, probably some of the hardest workers we have seen during our travels. "This is a very nice place for the area. Staff way very helpful, and arranged or incoming and out going transfers, also the dives. But a must was the scooter to drive to the sandbar, trust me it can be walked but u will not enjoy it was much vs taking the very inexpensive scooter the hotel can arrange "

"Staff went over and beyond to make sure everything was good but to a point where it felt overboard. Room doors didn't shut properly and a lot of bugs were in the room, continually killing large ants that crawled on everything including in bed. "
