"Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick (ca. 25 m²) gebucht, erhielten jedoch stattdessen ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer (ca. 12 m²) mit Terrasse am Parkplatz und ohne Seeblick. Das Zimmer wirkte unfertig und wie ein Einzelzimmer. Da bei unserer Ankunft nur der Barkeeper anwesend war, sollten wir einen Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag ansprechen. An der Rezeption hieß es mehrere Tage lang, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und wir sollten täglich erneut nachfragen. Parallel kontaktierte auch Expedia...
