The home's amenities were great - the hot tub was welcome and relaxing. We also appreciated the availability of many kitchen pots and pans to cook with. Great location for our family's Thanksgiving.

Great Location

Charming older home in a great location to visit Olympia. It is, as described, an older home with its associated quirks. The fenced front yard is a nice feature. Pay attention to the owners driving directions as the entry driveway is easy to pass by.

Awesome Host

Host was very responsive to all communications. Little things like loose outlets, breakers popping, lack of end tables make it a 4 vs 5 but the house gave us what we needed in a perfect location.

Quiet Spot North of Downtown Olympia

The property was as advertised. We had no desire to be downtown so the quiet, remote location was perfect despite some ambient road noise in the mornings and late afternoons. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for home-cooked meals. Hot tub was nice in the evenings. A BBQ on site would have been nice but we brought our own from Portland; this option would likely not be available to those traveling from further locales. The refrigerator was broken but this had apparently happened just before our arrival; the host provided a new, albeit smaller, replacement for our stay and we made due with it. Things happen, and the effort on the host's part was definitely appreciated. Fenced front yard was a big plus for our dog and 6 year old grandchild. Went for a great hike on the other side of the northern peninsula where the house is located. Quite beautiful and wild up there! Great stay overall.

This house was exactly how listed. Very clean and cozy for our family of eight. The beds were comfortable with there exception of the twin in the living room, I feel it needs a new mattress but other than that the king was amazing. My kids loved the bunk beds and the toys, games you had available. The hot tub came in handy on those long days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house and host. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. Thank you

This is a nice house in a nice setting. The hot tub is a bonus. We had someIssues/ miscommunication that we worked through. We had an enjoyable stay and it was nice to be out of town and be able to have our dog with us.

Charming place

We rented this to stay near some relatives. Overall, nice place. Easy to get to. Only challenge was 1 bathroom for the 9 of us. Would recommend it, though.

Great location

The location is fabulous near all the attractions. There were a couple of minor nuisances like the refrigerator was broken and the mattress in the downstairs bedroom was hard as a rock, but otherwise it was great. My kids loved the toys in the kids bedroom my oldest would ask to go play upstairs with them and the playpen was great for the youngest to sleep in.
