Beautiful Waterfront Getaway

Experience the fun and history of Pacific Northwest from this perfectly located tranquil and cozy home situated right on the bay! Inside you'll find a bright and contemporary living space filled with personal touches, burnished wood floors, and lots of comfortable furniture. Enjoy waking up to stunning bay views soaking up the sun’s energy through the home's floor-to-ceiling windows, then head to the full kitchen to brew a toasty cup of morning coffee to enjoy out on the furnished private decks. There are kayaks available, $35 per kayak, for your entire stay, with signed waiver.
There is a camera on the garage that views the parking area. One camera is above the entrance. This camera is turned off during guest stays.
We have three sleeping spaces in the beautiful home. One private bedroom has a queen bed and is situated just across the hall from a full bathroom. The second private bedroom has a king bed and is connected to a full bath with a whirlpool tub. The third sleeping area is semi-private. It has a king bed and closet space. It is situated between the master suite and the dining area. This room does not have doors, and has lovely views of the water.

Stellar View & Comfortable Home

This home was ideal to accomodate our infant grand-daughter, son, and daughter-in-law. We enjoyed cooking meals in the galley kitchen and breaking bread around the dining table. The grill was perfect for preparing steaks for a Saturday night dinner. Washer and dryer came in handy for a quick load of laundry. Highly recommend.

Annual Family Fun time

My family is split between Arizona and Washington so we alternate my annual family fun time with all of my grandkids between these locations. This place was absolutely perfect and we even got lucky with no rain which really allowed us to enjoy the beauty of our surroundings.

Madrona Beach Tranquility

We have stayed at this home several times now. It is always very clean, comfortable, close to town but out far enough to get away from the city mayhem. The view on the water is gorgeous. The property owner is very responsive. We will come back to this beautiful spot again.

Beautiful place to relax

What a great place to get away. It’s amazing watching the sunrise and sunset at the dinning table. Then take a nice stroll kayaking in the Eld inlet. Just an awesome property to spend your vacation. Best time to launch the boats is when the water level is higher so you don’t have to tread through the mud to reach the water.

Incredible view

We enjoyed our stay so much that we added an extra day. Wendy was very easy to work with in every way. The water view was exceptional. Closeness to the town and conveniences was on point. The cottage is very quaint and comfortable. We had everything we need to enjoy our stay.

Spectacular Sunrises

The property was great! The place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views were exceptional for sunrises and sunsets on the water. The neighborhood is very peaceful and easy to find. The configuration of rooms is interesting, particularly walking through a bedroom to get to the master bedroom and bath. Communication with the host was excellent. We would highly recommend this house.

Steamboat Home Away From Home

Home Away from Home

We've stayed at this property several times now and it has become very comofortable for us. All the needed amenities are there. The view is breathtaking. It's quiet. It's a short drive to downtown Olympia. We really enjoy our time there. The host is easy to contact, very responsive and very accomodating.

We loved getting together with our family and hanging out in the beautiful living room and on the deck. There was plenty of space for hanging out and playing games and doing puzzles We enjoyed seeing the clam boats working out on the sound and our trips to nearby parks to take walks.

Stunning home with unforgettable views

We had the best time staying here, we didn’t want to leave! The home is very tastefully decorated with super comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need for your stay. We absolutely loved the views from the expansive windows in the living area and enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunrises we’ve seen in our lives during our stay. The office area was an added bonus for one of us who had to work remotely. We’d definitely come back if we are back in the area, it was a peaceful secluded haven that we won’t soon forget!

Great getaway

Wonderful location near town. Very peaceful. There’s some stairs involved so maybe not ideal for everyone but a great place. My only suggestion is more towels and dish towels would be good to have. Also the air system is quite loud so best to turn it off completely at night but none of these things take away from this beautiful home.

Great girls getaway!

Of course we picked one of the coldest weekends this winter for a girls getaway! The property representative was kind enough to risk icy roads to bring us an extra room heater and blankets to snuggle up and enjoy the weekend. The views are stunning and it was wonderful to bundle up and relax knowing we had everything we needed. 😊
