"Check-in was horrible. AFTER pulling into the parking garage entrance, there's a closed gate and a sign saying"check in first". After calling the front desk, we were grudgingly let into the garage "for just a couple minutes". That seemed rude -- not nearly enough time for us to unload and bring our luggage to the front desk. "Beautiful spacious rooms, nicely updated and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the balcony as well. Only negative with the room was the motion sensor lights in the bathroom continued to kick on throughout the night and shines right at the bed. Pool was ok, we didn’t get to use the sauna’s due to specific spa rules.. Hot Tub wasn’t in operation which was unfortunate. Location is fantastic and the restaurant was good. "

"The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "

"We booked the family suit and a double room for my parents. Very nice and clean. The suit was perfect for my husband and kids. I would recommend that suit (apartment) if you have kids as you have a full kitchen. Parking across the street, belongs to the hotel, available for a small fee. "For Canadians who travel in Europe it is a surprise that hotels do not offer included parking and breakfast and often no coffee makers in the rooms. However, this one had a nice buffet breakfast for just 10 Euro. Also, Lidl, an affordable grocery store is just 5 min walk under highway. Nice restaurant in the lobby."
