We stayed in Madrid for a couple of nights, and this hotel was a great choice. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of many of the city’s top attractions. Our flight from the U.S. arrived early, and we were fortunate that a room was available. We were even upgraded to a balcony room overlooking Gran Vía. Despite the busy location, the room was surprisingly quiet, with only the occasional siren. The staff was courteous and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds were really comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. Staff were good - we didn't need to have much interaction with them though. breakfast was good although the same every day. We chose the hotel for proximity to the Athletico stadium but it was easy to jump on a bus into the city centre. There are a few restaurants nearby which are good. Would certainly recommend
