"The hotel is in a great location. Our room was nice and spacious with a terrace to go outside and see the ocean. The staff is very friendly. Everyone we saw greeted us and smiled at us. Kevin at reception went above and beyond. He always has a smile for every guest. He helped us rent a car. Car was delivered to hotel. Super great service. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one."

"No beach view this time but room had a balcony which we used daily. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Staff were courteous and obliging & rooms were clean and spacious. We love the roof bar/pool with its fabulous views. We will be back soon !!"

"The hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and as my wife is a coeliac it was very accommodating on all occasions we decided to eat there. The only negative is its location in order to see the sites around the only real option was uber or taxi. The public transport was not a good option. "

"Wow couldn’t fault this hotel (apart from a windy pool as elevated but says a lot that even this couldn’t put me off returning!) Nothing was too much trouble. Staff a dream to deal with. Room was ready on arrival with gorgeous finishing touches like pillow spray, robes, slippers, welcome chocolates, water replaced everyday. Late check out organised with zero issues - so refreshing! Superb location minutes from shops, restaurants and the beach which is a great alternative to the pool. Outstanding room views. Breakfast was out of this world - so much choice. Would 100% recommend! "Staff were very helpful when they were around. The foyer was very nice and so was the terrace. We booked a Duplex room and were disappointed, it was quite dark and small . Photos are very deceptive. There is hardly any storage and we had the leave the clothes in the suitcase for the whole 5 nights. The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels . The walls are very thin in the adjoining rooms and we were kept awake we the noise from the other guests. Unfortunately we wouldn’t return "

"Rooms were large. Breakfast was great, however, for a 5 star hotel, not having a proper coffee machine in the room (powdered coffee and kettle provided, breakfast starts at 8 am) is not acceptable. Furthrmore, wifi in the rooms was so weak and poor, could not log in (had to go to reception to do so), and then could not upload normal apps like IG. Hotel reception were aware of this problem, so ongoing for a while. Also could not watch Netflix on iPad. TVs in the room are not smart TVs, not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Staff were all friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay here again. "

"A great location on the beach front and walkable distance from all amenities. We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions as we've always been happy and content here. We do feel tbe rooms could do with some updating now though! There was a kettle, rwo cups and saucers two bottles of complimentary water but no coffee or tea bags which we found very odd. Friends were staying here at the same time as us and the same situation in their room so we knew it wasn't that they had been forgotten to be added ro the T-tray. I would say the breakfast was just ok...plenty to choose from but still just ok. This hotel is definitely more suitable for middle aged or elderly people. As the entertainment is certainly not for the younger generation. I Would recommend this hotel 👍 "
