Service is wonderful with attentive and helpful front staff, waiters, bar staff and Claudio the shuttle driver. Very friendly staffs. We LOVED the thermal pool! Natural hot springs. 3 different pools and very relaxing. They also have a bar/cafe right next to the thermal pool and they serve fresh squeezed juices. Breakfast - most selections. Very delicious.
