"Everything stay far away frl this place. Their whole booked rooms is always wrong ot sold out even tho I called sonesta and they booked it for me. This place is a joke they need help running their vacancy program but twice now I booked online ave said available and I drove kinda far and wasted my gas and had nowhere to stay bc it was late and I was on the phone for an hr and bc nobody answers the phone at the front desk. The employees who are working are rude and lack basic customer service skills. Only the manager knew what he was doing and friendly and nice. Only the employees here hate their job and take out their frustrations on customers. You've been warned."
