Individual villa in the exclusive Oliva Nova Golf. It is located 400m from the beach and 200 meters from the golf course with 18 holes designed by Severiano Ballesteros. It also has sports facilities (paddle tennis, tennis ..), playground, supermarket medical center, pharmacy and restaurants. The villa has a capacity of 6-7 persons, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge, kitchen, porch, garage, swimming pool and private garden. It is fully equipped, air conditioning / heating in all rooms, fireplace in the living room, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, TV, DVD, stereo, possibility of wireless Internet access and all kitchen utensils and other for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Delivered and bath linens weekly. The price includes cleaning and out.

Very nice place to stay

It's a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach where dogs are allowed. The house itself is very well equipped, safe and just a very nice place to stay with an enclosed garden (important for dogs). Also there is a 9-21 carrefour express in the same street. So to be recommended!

Perfecto para Familias

La casa esta muy bien, muy limpia y con todo lo que puedas necesitar para alojarte. Para nuestro gusto la piscina un poco fria el agua porque casi no le daba el sol, por lo demas todo genial, muy cerca de la playa y con un supermercado cerca. Puedes ir andando a todo. Ubicacion muy tranquila.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, hƤtten nur bri 14 Tage gern die Mƶglichkeit gehabt, das man BettwƤsche und HandtĆ¼cher zum wechseln gehabt hƤtte. Sonst ist alkes im Haus was man benƶtigt.

amĆ©nagĆ©e avec beaucoup de goĆ»t cette maison Ć  tout pour plaire au premier regard. Malheureusement nous avions rencontrĆ© quelques problĆØmes de propretĆ© et la maison Ć©tait assez humide ce qui etait dommage car la propriĆ©taire a vraiment fait tout pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Peut ĆŖtre de la malchance parce que le service de nettoyage n'a pas bien fonctionnĆ© oĆ¹ que la maison Ć©tait restĆ©e vide un moment ce qui a permis a l'humiditĆ© de s'installer

Lovely relaxing holiday

We stayed for a week at the end of May myself my husband, my 9 year old daughter and my Mum and Dad. The villa itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need. 10 minute walk to 2 supermarkets and a couple of restaurants 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach. If youā€™re wanting a relaxing break I would highly recommend.

Superbe villa, totalement conforme Ć  la description, avec des prestations d'une rare qualitĆ© : Ć©lectromĆ©nager trĆØs complet (y compris cafetiĆØre Ć  dosettes), mobilier moderne, chaĆ®nes de tĆ©lĆ© franƧaises, literie (un peu bruyante) trĆØs confortable ; terrasse couverte trĆØs apprĆ©ciable au pied de la piscine. Dommage que la plage ne soit pas plus proche (900m) et que la mĆ©tĆ©o n'ait pas Ć©tĆ© aussi agrĆ©able que nous l'aurions espĆ©rĆ©e. Situation dans le golf, trĆØs calme, avec surveillance permanente. Pour les courses, une petite supĆ©rette Ć  proximitĆ© ; sinon des supermarchĆ©s (Lidl et Consum) Ć  10 km (El Verger, plus facile d'accĆØs que Oliva)

Vacances formidables !

Cela fait plusieurs annĆ©es que nous allons dans cette maison et nous en sommes trĆØs satisfait! La maison est trĆØs agrĆ©able,spacieuse et bien dĆ©corĆ©e.Les zones d'ombre dans le jardin sont apprĆ©ciables.La piscine est ensoleillĆ©e toute la journĆ©e.Le quartier est tranquille .La maison est proche de la mer et des commerces.Le contact est facile avec les propriĆ©taires.Nous nous sentons tellement bien dans cette maison que nous prĆ©voyons d'y retourner l' Ć©tĆ© prochain! On s'y sent comme chez nous!On y passe de supers vacances.

Estancia semana fallera muy agradable

Chalet en muy buen estado, dispone de todas la comodidades en una zona muy tranquila. Muy bien en cuanto a limpieza tanto interior como exterior. El chalet es tal y como se ve en las fotos.Dada la Ć©poca en que fuimos, no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, aunque el agua de la misma estaba muy limpia. En general todo bien, para repetir.
