Our house new house (construction year 2000) is located on a 4200 qm natural property with a flowering garden. Two km from the sea and far from mass tourism in a pastoral region, one has a beautiful view of the sea beyond the countryside from the terrace.

Lovely stay

The house is amazing! enough space for 6 people, very quiet neighbourhood, to order food (uber eats or glovo dont deliver) or to walk to the local caffe or restaurants is hard, there is only one restaurant 10min walk distance, no bus or train nearby so a car is a must!! We loved our stay thank you Otto once again for renting us your beautiful house! Defo recommended

Nice relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The setting was very convenient and the outlook pleasing. The property is well equipped and the bottle of wine and water in the fridge was a nice touch. It was lacking soaps and washing up liquid though. The area is great for walking and cycling. The beach at Fuseta reached by the ferry is really good and the sea safe to swim in. Good selection of bars and cafes in Fuseta and two local restaurants within walking distance of the villa are also worth a visit.

This was a great property in a quiet location. Easy to find by car too. The house itself was brilliant….all on the one level, which saved dragging cases up stairs. Found this very beneficial. The house had large rooms…super en suite toilets, comfortable beds and a kitchen with every facility you could need for a lovely holiday. All in all highly recommended and I hope to return as I had a lovely holiday in this property.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet, besonders hervorzuheben sind die drei großzügigen Bäder. Benötigt wird auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da das Haus etwas abseits liegt. Für die Erkundung der Ria Formosa ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Wir waren durchweg zufrieden.

Superschönes Haus in bester Ausgangslage

Wir waren zum neunten Mal in Portugal und haben dieses Mal ein wirklich superschönes Haus in bester Ausgangslage vorgefunden. Zum Strand waren es 12 min, zur Autobahn, um zB nach Lagos, etc. zu fahren ebenfalls. Das Haus war sehr sauber, es war alles da, was man so benötigt und auch die vorhandenen Mückenschutz-Rollo an allen Fenstern waren großartig. Der Garten ist wunderschön, die Terrassen sehr durchdacht gelegen und man hat einen tollen Ausblick. Es gibt nichts, was vom Vermieter besser gemacht werden könnte. Das I-Tüpfelchen wäre noch ein Pool gewesen… das wussten wir aber ja vorher…Top Haus, klasse Preis, wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Ein Schmuckstück an der Ost-Algarve

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in der Casa Rollwek. Ideal gelegen für die Erkundung der Ost-Algarve und des Hinterlandes. Ruhig und mitten in einem wunderschönen Garten. Das Haus ist in einem Top-Zustand, die Einrichtung von Küche und Wohnbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen, gute Matratzen, man merkt dass die Besitzer das Haus auch selbst benutzen und es mit viel Liebe eingerichtet haben. Die Kommunikation war in jedem Stadium schnell, verbindlich und unkompliziert. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Bonne expérience

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans le logement. La maison est à 10 minutes en voiture des plages et du centre de Olhao. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité du domicile. Cependant, nous avons trouvé quelques points qui pourraient être à améliorer. Toutes les instructions sont faites en allemand ainsi que les chaînes TV. Nous qui ne parlons pas la langue, avons trouvé cela compliqué. De plus, nous avons trouvé dommage que l'utilisation de la machine à laver dans la maison est payante (2.50 EUR chaque utilisation). Pour terminer, nous pensons que le propriétaire pourrait mettre plus de matériel pour le nettoyage à disposition.

Wundervoller Urlaub, dank der Unterkunft und des netten Gastgebers

Wir bedanken uns sehr, dass wir die Möglichkeit hatten dieses schöne Haus für unseren Aufenthalt zu nutzen. Wir sind mit drei Personen angereist, wovon eine Person bewegungstechnisch eingeschränkt ist. Das war aber überhaupt kein Problem, da das Haus komplett ebenerdig ist und auch über eine Dusche mit entsprechenden Zugang auf Fußbodenhöhe verfügt. Darüberhinaus findet sich wirklich alles was für eine Selbstversorgung vor Ort benötigt wird. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal - etwas zurückversetzt, dennoch nah genug an alle notwendigen Geschäften, entsprechenden Ballungszentren (Olhao, Faro) und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hatten uns bestens vorab mit allen Details versorgt, die eine reibungslose An- und Abreise garantiert haben. Anfragen wurden prompt beantwortet und waren eine echte Hilfe. Das war, subjektiv für uns gesprochen, ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und wir würden dies gerne wiederholen, sofern wir die Möglichkeit dafür finden.

Abgelegen, groß, sauber aber mit Abstrichen

Das Haus war sehr sauber und geräumig, auch das Grundstück ist groß, so dass man viel Privatsphäre hat. Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass es im Sommer auch nachts im Haus sehr warm ist. Darüber hinaus hört man ununterbrochen Hunde bellen. Es ist schade, dass keinerlei Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung vorgefunden wurde (wie zum Beispiel eine Flasche Wasser bei extremer Hitze und vier Kindern, die mit angereist sind). Auch war kaum Seife in den Spendern und wir mussten den Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen.

Petit bémol pour la situation géographique

Maison très compliquée à trouver, car il n'y a pas d'adresse, le plan donné n'est pas très compréhensible et impossible d'utiliser le GPS pour y accéder, puisque aucune adresse. .. compliqué, même pour des locaux à qui nous avons demandé notre chemin... Maison à l'intérieur très rustique mais qui reste fonctionnelle.

Muito boa estadia

Casa bem localizada, limpa, bem equipada com um bom espaço exterior. Tal qual como se apresenta no site. Um senão foi o facto de os lençóis fornecidos serem de inverno... num verão quente. Uma sugestão é colocar um biombo num quarto que tem que ser usado de passagem para outro, e cortinados nos duches. Em resumo uma boa estadia.

Buena estancia en familia

La casa es muy cómoda en general, las camas nuevas y cómodas y casi todas las habitaciones tienen mosquiteras en la ventana para poder dormir con fresquito si corre el aire, que así ha sido en nuestro caso. La casa tiene de todo lo necesario. Menaje. Muchas sabanas y toallas disponibles. Dos neveras. Muy buena ubicación para moverse. La lavadora es de pago y es difícil de entender, lo que supuso que introdujésemos dinero extra y nos creará algo de confusión. Las instrucciones de la casa están todas en alemán, sería más fácil si estuviesen en inglés. La limpieza en nuestro caso, se notó que no fue muy profunda.. pero entendemos que es una casa grande y difícil de limpiar todo perfecto. Tuvimos un problema con el WiFI y nos lo solucionaron muy rápido. En general la casa está genial calidad y precio, fresca por la noche y muy cómoda, y en un entorno muy bonito. Gracias!

Schöne Woche im Casa Rollwerk

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, war sehr sauber und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand; alles hat funktioniert. Die Lage ist perfekt für alles, was man im Urlaub so machen möchte und die Infrastruktur ist perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und es gab keine Probleme.

Super Familien Herbst Bade Urlaub

Wir vier ( 51,51,16,14) durften 14 wundervolle Tage in der Casa Rollwek verbringen. Mit unserem Mietwagen haben wir die ganze Algarve erkundet und sind Abens immer wieder gerne in unser Feriendomizil zurück gekehrt. Wir hatten schon viele unterschiedliche Ferienhäuser und immer hat irgendwas gefehlt. Mal das scharfe Messer zum Gemüse schneiden, mal der Flaschenöffner (besonders ärgerlich) oder irgend etwas anders. Hier nicht. Alles da und nach einem kurzen Erkundungsrundgang war alles lokalisiert. Man merkt dem Casa Rollwek an das die Vermieter das Domizil auch selbst bewohnen. Man fühlt sich wie bei guten Bekannten zu Gast. Das super Wetter in den ersten beiden Oktober Wochen 2016 tat sein übriges um den Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen. Wir können das Ferienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 großzügig ausgestatteten Bädern für einen entspannten Familien Urlaub nur empfehlen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto um die ganze Algarve zu erkunden und zu geniessen.
