Decoración sofisticada bañada por la luz y ventanales con vistas a la bahía. A escasos metros andando dos playas con bandera azul, Espiñeiro y Mera. Frente A Coruña y la Torre de Hércules. Muy cerca Campo de golf de Xaz, de reciente inauguración.

Vivienda de construcción moderna, diseñada por el arquitecto Joaquin Torres, dispone de todas las comodidades y lujos para disfrutar de un entorno de verano único.
Situado en un entorno privilegiado, con unas vistas únicas en primera línea sobre la bahía de Mera. Un entorno tranquilo pero muy cerca de la vida de veraneo de Mera y Coruña.
Dispone de una playita, cala, casi privada debajo de la vivienda y andando o por el mar, se accede a dos playas con bandera azul Mera y Espiñeiro.
En las proximidades existe una amplia oferta de ocio y deporte, con el campo de golf de Xaz a escasos 7km o la Zapateira en Coruña. Además de encontrarse en el entorno natural protegido de Costa Dexo. Los faros de Mera o el Seixo Branco son dos parajes naturales únicos, desde donde podrás disfrutar de una puesta de sol excepcional con la Torre de Hércules de fondo.

Modern construction house, designed by the architect Joaquin Torres, has all the comforts and luxuries to enjoy a unique summer environment.
Located in a privileged environment, with unique views on the first line over the bay of Mera. A quiet environment but very close to the summer life of Mera and Coruña.
It has a small beach, cove, almost private below the house and on foot or by the sea, you can access two blue flag beaches, Mera and Espiñeiro.
In the vicinity there is a wide range of leisure and sports, with the Xaz golf course just 7km away or La Zapateira in Coruña. In addition to being in the protected natural environment of Costa Dexo. The Mera or Seixo Branco lighthouses are two unique natural spots, from where you can enjoy an exceptional sunset with the Tower of Hercules in the background.
