"People next door were loud in and out all night smoking weed couldn't sleep puking at 5 am was worst experience ever! When notified staff about incident and issues there was no remorse not a care in the world! Will definitely never stay there or another four seasons again!!!"

"We booked a King room but did not get that. Only Queens were available. My daughter's room was also supposed to be a King and she had 2 Fulls instead. Toilet was loose, drain on both the bathtub and sink didn't drain properly. Bathtub drain was broke off too. Remote for the tv was not the right one ..."
