"Fantastic small hotel in the heart of the stunning old town in Tallinn. The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly - and clearly take pride in their jobs. We had a really nice room overlooking the courtyard, which had all the amenities you’d need and plenty of space, and even fully functioning air conditioning - which I didn’t expect in such a historic building! I had my birthday whilst visiting and the staff made a big effort to recognise it. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel as a very high quality, original, beautiful and convenient option if visiting the old town in Tallinn."

"Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, but it could be improved by offering a wider selection of cheeses and fresh fruit. The main negative point was that guests were allowed to bring pet dogs into the breakfast area. I understand the need to accommodate guide and service dogs, but ordinary pets should not be allowed in a place where food is served. Personally, I find it very unpleasant to have dogs in the canteen, and it made the breakfast experience less enjoyable."
