"I received an email telling me to use a kiosk to check in if I arrived after hours. The kiosk hasn’t worked since March 31st. The sign said to use the phone- which didn’t work. Got to my room/ no towels. Turns out they were in the bathroom floor because the room had not been cleaned."

"First and best thing about this stay, the Hotel is located blocks away from the highway. I had a room on the top floor, and it was perfectly quiet overnight. The breakfast buffet was one of the best Hotel breakfast ever. I highly recommend this place."
