On the other hand, staff members are not friendly, some of them rudely answered us and were not helpful in the slightest. The kindest people were the cleaning ladies. "The hotel is nice overall. I was expecting more from a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast was pretty poor. Good air conditioning. If you like a bed mattress very hard, old and covered with a pink sponge this is the place to come. You might even get a free back pain from it."

"This is not a 5 star hotel. Expidea advertised AC in the rooms. They tuned it off because the season is over. When the sun beats on the window its 85 degrees. Now way to cool the room. Advertise they no AC in the off season. Would not have stayed. The beach bar is closed. So is the restaurant. We ate at Romeo and Juliet the first night. No one was there.
