"Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves ..."
