8.8/10 Excellent! (1,869 reviews)
We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel. The location and accommodations were excellent, but what truly made our experience memorable was the outstanding service from Tammy at the front desk and Omar at the concierge desk.
Tammy was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us organize our plans. Her recommendations and assistance made our visit much easier and more enjoyable. Omar was always smiling, welcoming, and available to help with any questions or needs we had.
Tammy and Omar are both wonderful representatives of the hotel, and their exceptional service made our stay truly special. We would gladly return!
Tammy and Omar, if you see this, THANK YOU for making my birthday so special and my stay something I'll never forget!
