"Check-In was quick and easy. The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first."

"Check-In staff was very accommodating and helped me with my special request. Room was very comfortable. Reading light, plumbing, television offerings, room AC all were as good as or better than other rooms at this price level. We were very close to front desk and pool but there was no disruptive noise. All was quiet. Grounds were clean and felt safe. Restaurants are close by, as is the Interstate Highway. We will stay here again."

"Most of the things in room were either badly damaged or didnt work at all. Couldntvadjust temp on air cond because the button was missing to adjust temp. Light above sink didnt work. Handle for tub felt like it was going to fall apart soon when i tried to use it. Tub looked terrible. Should have been thrown out long ago. Frig was the only thing that worked good! Definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone but it was cheap however."
