"They deliberately provide a totally wrong address, which is in the middle of city, but when we get there at night, there is no such a hotel, after a google search, we figured out it’s actually 10 km away. We have to hire two motorcycles to get there.when we get there, it actually in the middle of cemetery, a lot of dogs around, and it’s extremely dangerous for us. And there is no hot water too, and sofa was hold with a few breaks."

"My superior sapa room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great shower and the decor all very tropical. Staff were excellent- helpful, attentive, friendly and spoke English. Restaurant had a full menu with both western and Vietnamese options to suit everyone. Breakfast is included and again has lots of options. The resort is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. The ocean did have a bit of litter in it but that went away once the winds picked up. Really enjoyed my stay...
