  • Wake up to the waves in this two-bedroom oceanfront condo with the best views of Maine's most famous beach. Enjoy your coffee while taking in the breathtaking sunrise on your own private 32' deck. A short stroll to all downtown hot spots including Palace Playland for the children, a dozen dining locations and a multitude of shopping options.
    Located directly on seven miles of sandy beach with volleyball, boogie boarding and any other beach entertainment you desire. Walkable from the Old Orchard Beach train stop along the Amtrak route.
    Master Bedroom has separate private deck entrance and smart tv. Kitchen has all amenities if you decide to stay in and cook your own lobster. Comfortably sleeps 6 and includes brand new beds (King and Full with twin bunk and twin trundle). All linens are provided and replaced after each guest.
    Wind down your evening with a cocktail and live music overlooking the largest patio bar in Maine- The Swick. Live music starts in the afternoon and continues late into the evening. The perfect location to pad the family picture album.

Spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it! Condo is exactly as pictured and well stocked. Communication with Matt was excellent. I loved being right upstairs from the music and we spent evenings on the beautiful deck.

Loved the room and view. A bit loud with live music right outside of the door. Great area to people watch. Not ideal for a 2 year old the music did not prevent her from napping. Would definitely stay there again.

Old Orchard in the summer is a terrific place for the family and kids of all ages to have fun! From the live events to lazy beach life! This place puts you smack dab in the middle of it all, and with everything you need!

You can’t ask for a better condo on the beach with easy access to everywhere! If you like live music, this place is for you. VIP seating above a rocking bar. Our entire family couldn’t get enough, it was AWESOME!

We stayed here the last week of September so it was quiet, including the club below us. The unit is very nice, spacious and clean. Can't beat that view! We had some very minor issues at first but the host bent over backwards to make things right. He was highly responsive and accomodating to our needs. Thanks, Matthew!

Our new favorite vacation

Our 3 kids (8,5,2) loved their first time to Old Orchard Beach. The condo is updated and very clean. The washer and dryer within the condo is very convenient. The live music at the Brunswick outside bar was enjoyable throughout the day. Our favorite aspects were having clear ocean views from the condo with the large deck and wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, collecting shells, playing in the ocean, building sand castles, and of course being only 2 blocks from Palace Playland. Thanks Matthew for sharing your place!

Outstanding experience

Everything was perfect. The huge deck overlooking the ocean was amazing. My friends and I hit the beach early each day and made it back to the deck in the early afternoon to enjoy the music and people watching below. The condo was very clean and the communication with the host was prompt and easy. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy the beach and live music.

Great place right on the beach, with beautiful views

I stayed in this condo for one week with my husband and three little girls. The place was beautiful! It was clean. The deck is was great and the view was amazing. The deck is directly above the Brunswick. The music went on pretty much daily, and when bands were playing it is pretty loud. It didn’t keep any of the kids from sleeping, however. Overall, an excellent place! The owner was also extremely responsive to all questions.

First, the good.... we absolutely LOVED sitting on the deck in the mornings watching and listening to the waves. Also, the condo is located in a very vibrant area. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and places for food - which was great. Communication with the owner was great too. Unfortunately, once the live music started at the Brunswick, it was very difficult to enjoy the deck and even be in the room. One room in the unit was set back and much quieter, but that room did not have A/C so it got very warm with the door closed. Although we were aware of the music beforehand, we found the noise level to be more than we could handle and ultimately left a little early. If you plan to be out of your room for the majority of the time, this place could work for you, but the deck overlooking the ocean is what sold us on this listing and it was difficult to enjoy with the noise levels.

This was our first time at OOB. I was concerned with being over the bar and all of the music, but it turned out to be a lot of fun. The live entertainment was really great and the people watching was even better! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed.

LOUD!!!

Great location, on the beach!!!! Parking is horrible! Extremely loud as a live band plays til 12-1:00 pm EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. But they did provide ear plugs😳
