Relax or Adventure-Your choice! Salty & Sweet 303!
- A newly renovated and wonderfully appointed 1 bedroom condo. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 1 bedroom apartment with amazing sunrises and a great view of the pier! 50 steps to the beach! Lots of nature near by or just chill at the beach. Palace Playland and the famous OOB Pier are easily a 2 minute walk, as is the OOB Downeaster train station. Please note that this is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
1 Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds and an optional Queen bed in the living room. We are a family of 5 so we understand that sometimes 4 just does not work. This building is home to many and thus we hope that you will come and relax and enjoy but respect the quiet of the other tenants. This is a place to relax, not throw a party. 1 parking space available on site.
