park in spot 2 in the driveway located on ocean ave (2 small cars can fit in spot 2 if you park one behind the other) extra free street parking for extra cars, go up the stairs near the garden, the apartment is located at the top of the stairs with the deck. keypad entry, enter 2003 then press the "nice digi" button on the bottom of the keypad
