Great location if you want to head to Portland or Kennebunkport. The pier was close enough that we walked to it one night. It took about 15 minutes. The beds were comfy. The place was very clean. The porch was nice, although if it rains, water comes through the roof easily. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very quick response from host when we arrived and hadn’t yet received our entry code.

The unit was clean and close to the beach. A short 10 min walk and our feet were in the sand without the hassle of finding or paying for parking.

Property exactly as advertised. Nice walk to beach and downtown. Walls a little thin could hear people upstairs at night but property was very nice and clean. Good space.

Beautiful and Accommodating Property

From the first message with the host till check out the whole process was smooth and easy. The property is absolutely gorgeous and cleaned immaculately. It is located to all the amazing places that OOB has to offer. We also love how dog friendly the property is. Already cannot wait to be back.

Perfect Location in OOB

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect so that it wasn't right in the center of all of the congestion of the main beach area but just a short drive to the beach or the center. Also a great location close to grocery stores and if you wanted to take a nice ride up or down the coast. Highly recommend!

Communication was great, I had a question on the AC upon arrival and it was addressed immediately. The location was ideal for us, the walk back from the beach is uphill but brief, less than 10 minutes. I would definitely stay again. One thing to be aware of is that it can be a little loud (footsteps of your neighbors above)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could use king size beds, plenty of room to do that, pretty clean, tons of room. Noise building, rented 101 on bottom floor Union street side. Cars were noisy, but not usually after 10:00pm. Whats going on in the locked closet in the entry way, during heavy rain you could hear water rushing in there, and there is a light on inside.Not much clothing storage.

Liz was the property manager of this property, and she was exceptional! Anything we asked or needed was quickly and professionally provided. This property was beautiful. Everything was totally new and recently renovated. It was perfectly and conveniently located to "everywhere" in Old Orchard Beach and the Portland area. The one caveat that needs to be addressed is the "sound factor!" We stayed two weeks, and had many other renters "above us." The beauty of our accommodations was the weakness of the rooms above us. New flooring is beautiful, but on floor two and three...a weakness. Bare flooring equals a really bad sound below. One of the group of renters during our stay above us were teenagers that made noises with their feet that sounded like the Russian Army marching above us at 10-11-midnight. We complained, Liz came to the rescue, and they left two days early. Thank you Liz! You saved our trip! To the owner...please put padding and carpet on your second and third floors of this property! I promise you will get get more and happier clients if you do!
