The condo, although small, has everything you need for a beach stay. The owners have been extremely thoughtful about what they provide, and we had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive to questions and requests. The condo is also very clean. It is just across the street from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops in Old Orchard Beach.

Property was spotless. Emily went above and beyond to make sure there was everything we could possibly need during our stay . Location was amazing , the beach was just a short walk across the street from the condo. Walk to downtown was also very doable. Overall great experience from the initial booking to check out. The host was up front with size of the condo and easy to communicate with, responding to messages within minutes. Wow, what a stay!

Just steps away from the ocean, cozy little cottage with the comforts of home. The quiet, airy bedroom made a rainy day in Maine a great day to recover after some fun in the sun. 20-30 minutes away from Portland made it easy to have the best of both worlds. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

The condo is very neat and cozy. The location was perfect for walking to the beachfront and exploring Old Orchard Beach. The kitchenette is well equipped and saved us from having to search for breakfast each morning. Emily is a very gracious host. We accidentally left some items in a drawer. Emily worked with us to have a family member in the area pick up the items. The train is definitely close. We made a game of guessing the time each time the train came through. 😀

Last minute reservation. Great location and within walking distance to pier and many dining options. Quaint offering that's super clean! We were arriving late,so the host had the sleeper sofa prepared which was a blessing and greatly appreciated! Awesome to have onsite laundry at no additional cost. Host was wonderful to work with.

Fabulous Place

Great location! So close to the beach, right across the street. Very clean, a lot of nice touch’s by the owners. Cute coffee station, little creamers, sugars, non sugars. You will definitely enjoy the place and want to go back. I dealt with the owner Emily who was wonderful and extremely responsive. I would go back in a minute! Thank you Emily!!

Short Trip to OOB

The place was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and welcoming when you arrive. All check in and out instructions were perfect. The location is amazing. The beach is literally across the street and it’s only a short walk to the pier and all the shops, rides and restaurants. The owner Emily is incredibly nice and helpful to work with. We had no issues our entire stay. We will definitely come back and stay again , hopefully very soon !

Emily and Chad have a great spot and they have literally thought of everything you might need. Super clean, modern, and a short walk to the pier. Small clean updated condo unit. Had everything we needed for the kitchen and making meals. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of storage space for everything we had. Great location across the street from the beautiful beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Full grocery store within 5 min drive. The only negative was that it's on a busy corner with a lots of noisy traffic and an amtrack that runs right behind the property. Other than that, it is perfect for 2 people.

We stayed at Emily’s place for a weekend and everything was perfect! The cleanliness was impeccable and the condo was well equiped. THE PILLOWS!! They were more comfortable than mine. It’s close to everything and there is a convenience store next to the condo. Our hosts were available at anytime, even though we didn’t need help because everything was well explained. They made us feel welcomed and we would definitely come back. Thank you again for your hospitality !

Early Summer Getaway

From the very start the communication was excellent. The property manager let us know to expect upon our arrival. We were allowed to check in early, which we greatly appreciated. Parking was no problem, enough space for two vehicles. The condo was exceptionally clean! Spotless. All of the appliances, utensils, dishes and pans were in like new condition. We stayed for 6 nights and left a little early due to some noise from our upstairs neighbors. No fault of the property manager and we probably should have spoken up sooner but we wanted to avoid issues. I was assured that they would have addressed it immediately. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice place. The property manager is great and extremely helpful. Old Orchard is a favorite spot of ours and we hope to return soon.
