2BR condo is a 5-minute walk to Old Orchard Pier and amusements!

Enjoy single floor living in this 2BR ground-level condo located on a quiet street in Old Orchard Beach!  Property has a large screened-in front porch as well as a fenced-in side and back yard that is great for small children.  This property is a duplex, but each unit has its own private outdoor space and its own grill.  The living area is an open concept living room and eat-in kitchen.  There is a heat pump with air conditioning that can cool the entire condo if the bedroom doors are left open. The bedroom set-up is perfect for a family of four with one bedroom having a full bed and the second bedroom having 2 twin beds.  The full bathroom has a shower (no tub), and a separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. 

There is driveway parking for 2 cars.  Property is a short walk to the absolute best beach in Old Orchard at the end of Walnut Street and is only a 5-minute walk to the historic Old Orchard Pier and amusements! 

Pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee per pet.  Dogs that bark excessively are not allowed due to the proximity of the upstairs tenants.
