Very clean,nice location,steps from the beach. Parking is tight, The rumbling train and it's blaring horn travels through several times a night along with the garbage truck pick-up in the early morning. It was difficult to get a good night of sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the area.

Evolve Beachfront Condotel Old Orchard Beach

I’ve been reserving this room for the past 5+ summers and have been staying at the Beachfront for 20+ years. The room is great. More room than most and a full kitchen. However, when most of the rooms were turned over to Evolve prices went up and amenities went down. Amenities being towels being replaced at least once during a week stay, toilet paper replenished, and vacuums available to clean rooms of sand. The ocean view and convenience to the beach are incredible. I will continue enjoy staying at the Beachfront, but it would be a bonus to have more amenities and cleaner patio with new tables and chairs.
