Everything you need for the beach, chairs, kayak, boogie boards, umbrella. Get kids off their screens! Privacy fenced yard, fire pit, grill, outdoor eating space. Beachside community, 3 blocks to Beach. Several restaurants and convenience stores within easy walking distance. Could be a great vacation for those without a car, 10 minutes to Old Saybrook Amtrak station, everything you need is nearby and / or easily walkable.
