Cozy lake house with amazing sunsets available for rent from October to March, 6 month academic rental. Home includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, dock, outdoor furniture, outdoor fire pit, Weber grill, propane fireplace, ample parking and washer and dryer. There are stairs that you need to walk down to get to the house. Utilities not included.
