"The Motel is obviously very old and needs a major facelift. The wooden bathroom door was worn and really needs to be refinished. The bathroom apparently previously had a leak in the ceiling, and somebody attempted to fix it, and did a horrible job. In the future if I need a room in the area, I will pay more and get a different motel closer to interstate 49."

"Everything was absolutely beautiful. The property was well kept and maintained. However, there is a serious hot water problem. This was extremely disappointing to me considering one of the main reasons I chose this place was because of the bathroom’s large tub. I wasn’t able to enjoy my bath. The water was lukewarm at best. After this no one was able to shower at all because there was zero hot water the entire remainder of the trip. They send out an email with instructions about how to gain access to the property the morning of check in. Also included in the email are extra details about the property one of which stated there was a tankless hot water heater installed in the house and the water takes longer to heat from point a to point b. This is not the issue with the hot water that I encountered. I allowed plenty of time for the water to heat and it simply would not. This is a serious maintenance issue that needs to be resolved immediately. The cost to rent this property is substantial and one would expect to get their money’s worth in every aspect of their stay. Other issues I encountered were the kitchen sink did not drain properly and the ice maker did not put out much ice. As I first stated, the home is gorgeous, the view of the city is stunning, everything is clean and well maintained, however, the issue with the hot water really put a damper on my stay. "
