"Amazing accommodation in Salzburg. We were a family of 4 staying in the penthouse apartment. Lots of space and we had our own washing machine and dryer. Great location between the station and the old town. Great restaurants nearby. It was hot when we were there so the air conditioning was much appreciated! And a view of the mountains from our window! We also used the luggage room on our last day as we had an evening train - this was great too. Easy communication with staff via what’s app to let us know when our apartment was ready. We would definitely stay again."

There were 3 parts entrance , bedroom and bathroom which was almost like the got 3 cupboards together to make a room . The windows looked out onto a space that had some sort of netting and was filthy when looking out the windows. Had I known that was room I was paying for i wouldn’t have booked there . All pictures of deluxe room on imlauer site and Expedia never showed a room of that layout and outlook. Very disappointed"

"It was a solid stay and you cannot beat the location. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. I wish they did have an actual real bed for a third person rather than a sofa bed. Yet it was actually a decently comfortable sofa bed, so it worked out. It was quite spending though in terms for what you get but I think it had to do with the summer festival and also a Supercup soccer final. We would consider it again."
