The hotel is nice and clean, they even upgraded us to a suite. Besides that, it's a great location if you're going to the Sphere. My only complaint would be the check in timing, it took us like 45 minutes.

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

The room was outdated, the face cloths and towels were old and didn’t look clean… The bathroom was dirty , the carpet smelled. Only one elevator worked. I did like the fact everything was in the hotel, food, shows, shopping stuff like that. But I absolutely hated the room itself. The pool didn’t open until 9am. I’m use to the pool opening up a little earlier at other hotels.
