"Toilet was clogged from previous visitor, had to call the front office twice before getting a hold of anyone. Was frustrated with the neighbouring room due to loud swearing and was told the front desk was getting multiple complaints and they were aware but nothing changed. Balcony and lake view was beautiful, lake access was great, indoor pool was warm and fun."

"We are a family of 4, and really enjoyed our stay. The pool was the PERFECT temperature which was awesome! Our 8 year old twin boys loved swimming there, and the adults were having a great time in the pool as well. Our room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and the shower was warm with great water pressure. Breakfast was free and decent. This hotel is close to okanagan lake and other stores like Tim Hortons. Doug at the front desk was helpful and kind! We will definitely be back!"
