Located on the first floor of a residential building, Apartment Verde offers 90 m² of bright and comfortable living space, along with a 10 m² balcony boasting a breathtaking sea view. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (4+2) and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, and a dining area.

One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), while the second includes two single beds—perfect for families or friends traveling together. The living room opens onto a spacious covered balcony with outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the panoramic views of the bay.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, and all essential household appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, and hair dryer.
