What a great discovery for visits to the Iowa Great Lakes! The room and entire property were exceptionally clean, with great amenities like fire pits and corn hole games for guest use and tables outside each room with checkers sets for great evening lounging. The staff were nice kind and welcoming and management was available, attentive and also very kind. This place lives up to the “Iowa nice” reputation of the region. The location is also excellent—central to the entire Lakes area. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my stay.

Customer service was great. Only what was so loud was air conditioning, it was like helicopters. We paid for two nights, but stayed only one, because of storms that was coming, and did not get refunds .

Very clean and well appointed. Fun little bar and music area. Our room was very quiet even while many were enjoying pool time nearby. Bathroom is small but has awesome fluffy towels and is spotless. Great value. Will definitely come back at the next opportunity. All staff members were delightful and friendly.

Nice property. Excellent location. Amenities were really good. The only problem we had was our room smelled very musty. We stayed for three nights and the smell never really went away. I would stay there again. But if I walked into one of their rooms and it smelled like that. I would ask for a different room.

This was our first time staying here and for sure won’t be our last! Great location, walking distance to a gas station & dock to get on the boat. Perfect complimentary breakfast - waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, donut holes, yogurt & granola, coffee & juice. They have a great patio, entertainment and bar area. The pool is clean and has an awesome fire pit area with grills you can use. Beds were comfortable, my daughter loved the twin bed she got to herself in our room. All in all the place has a great vibe and friendly staff!

My family had an awesome stay. We loved the pool and the lawn games. It was an extremely hot weekend but our room stayed nice and cool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were there Thursday-saturday so we were also able to enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar with live music! A few things to note that might not work for everyone is that the pool hours are only 9am-830pm and breakfast is either waffles or a few muffin/bread options. The on-site bikes are for use only within their property. We were able to walk to the donut shop down the street but walking all the way to the Arnold's Park area as one reviewer mentioned would be a bit of a trek. We can't wait to come back!
