  • The Sparrow House is a darling and quaint guesthouse in Norman, OK and less than a mile from OU campus. Built with functionality and efficiency in mind, this tiny house is best suited for individuals, couples and/or smaller families. The living is multi functional, the daybed makes a perfect couch and pulls out to a king bed at night w/ memory foam mattress. Ladder leads to loft w additional king mattress. 32" HD Smart TV w/ Roku, etc. Kitchen has 7.4 cu ft fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker (no dishwasher). Washer/Dryer included
    The guesthouse is separated from the main house by a garage and carport.
