`The Nest` is a charming, recently remodeled, 4-Plex, which is perfect for individuals, couples, small groups or families. Only a few blocks from OUHSC and OHC, State Capitol, minutes to Bricktown, Boat House District, Downtown, Chesapeake Arena, I-235, I-40, I-35 & I-44.

Washer+dryer+detergent included and located at entrance to complex. Extra bedding+pillows+towels.
A fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, pots, pans, silverware, cups, dishes and baking utensils.

You will have the entire house to yourself. Unit includes 2 bicycles that can be used to explore the surrounding area.
We are available when needed but, like to give our guests privacy.
Lincoln Terrace is a historically preserved neighborhood within walking distance to OU Medical Campus and Hospitals, Harn Homestead, as well as the State Capitol. Lincoln Terrace is minutes away from all major area attractions: downtown, Chesapeake Arena, Civic Center, Scissortail Park, Plaza District, Paseo and much more. Also conveniently situated near OKC`s major highways making access to anywhere in OKC easy.
We provide two bikes that our guest can use at no cost but, if biking is not your thing Uber is a great way to get around our City. We also have a new streetcar system downtown for easy access to multiple bars, restaurants and parks.
Parking lot is private to the complex and we request two vehicles per booking but, feel free to request additional vehicles at not charge if needed. * No parties * Pets upon approval before booking * No pets on furniture * Approved pet can not be left alone in unit

This apartment was very clean. Not much counter space in kitchen or bathroom, but we made it work. Took the dog on nice walk around the neighborhood. Close to the medical center and the capitol grounds.
