Please make sure all lights are off EXCEPT front door exterior lights and lock up front door by simply pressing lock button on keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I didn't get to stay there if they were overbooked, and I still haven't received my refund on the property I rented. I would like my refund back sometime this week or next. Thank you.
